Meet Kat Whitworth
Kat, the founder of Keystone Occupational Therapy is a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience working in mental health. Since qualifying, Kat has specialised in working with adults using evidence-based assessments and interventions. Her experience has included working in mental health rehabilitation, Specialist Eating Disorder Unit (SEDU) and community settings in the NHS.
“I am incredibly passionate about my profession and supporting those struggling with eating disorders, as well as those close to them. I love being able to provide a safe space for people, empowering them to identify their goals, develop the skills needed to become more independent, and work towards living the life they want and deserve.To me, this approach simply makes sense!”

Video calls are offered online, allowing for a flexible approach and consistent support.
